Since 1973 we have been involved "in" dogs showing and breeding. To date we have
approximately 40 KENWOOD dogs with championships. Some with their Canadian
championship, some with the American championship and some with both. Most
of these have been our beloved Irish Terriers.
We have been fortunate to have some
very terrific people own our babies and they in turn have also put titles on
their dogs. Some in confirmation, some with obedience and some with agility titles.
Others have CGC awards and a couple have gone on to be therapy dogs. To all the
owners of our dogs we thank you for your support.
Two years ago we met and fell head
over heels with a Standard Wirehaired Dachshund. Tug was our first and while
he didn't mature into a show dog he sure set an excellent example for temperament
and personality for those to follow. And those that did follow have now gone
on to be the show dogs that will set the standard for our breeding program.
Michelle Yeadon has handled and cared for
our dog family since she was a pup herself and we can never thank her enough
for dedication, professionalism, her positive attitude and her assistance to
KENWOOD over these many years.
